BLOOMBERG: OPEC Head Says Oil Market Shouldn't Panic on Prices

  

Abdalla El-Badri, secretary-general of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries, said participants in the oil market should stop panicking over prices as crude supply and demand will return to equilibrium. He spoke at the Oil & Money conference in London today.
