Την ίδια ώρα με μεγάλη άνεση οι κατηγορούμενοι οδεύουν προς τις ασχολίες τους ακολουθώντας τις προβλεπόμενες νομικές διαδικασίες, εξασφαλίζοντας ουσιαστικά ασυλία για απροσδιόριστο χρονικό διάστημα. Φυσικά για τα χρήματα που οφείλουν ούτε κουβέντα. Έτσι από ό,τι φαίνεται τα δικαιώματα ενός Έλληνα πολίτη υπερισχύουν των υποχρεώσεων του προς την Ελλάδα. Δεν είναι τυχαίο άλλωστε ότι 165.000 φορολογικές υποθέσεις αξίας 30 δισ. ευρώ εκκρεμούν στα δικαστήρια, μερικές και για 10 χρόνια, ενισχύοντας σημαντικά πράγματι το νομικό κλάδο της χώρας μας.
