European Central Bank Vice President Vitor Constancio talks about the outlook for resolution of the Greek debt crisis, contagion risk should there be a failure to reach agreement on Greece's aid program, volatility in European bond markets and European bank profitability. The ECB released its twice-yearly Financial Stability Review Thursday in which it said failure to reach an agreement on Greece’s aid program soon may drive yields on bonds issued by other euro-area countries higher. Constancio speaks with Bloomberg's Alessandro Speciale in Frankfurt.
