US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has flown to the Czech Republic to lobby for American know-how to be used in a major nuclear project. It's the country's biggest ever public energy tender. The US is vying with Russia to clinch the multi billion euro deal as the Czech government seeks to expand its nuclear capacity.
