BLOOMBERG: Naming and Shaming the Top Twenty Tax Avoiders

The U.K. government has published a gallery of the people it considers to be the top 20 tax fugitives. HM Revenue and Customs believe they are collectively responsible for £765 million ($1,198 million) in lost taxes.
