BLOOMBERG: Global Slowdown Still Biggest Risk to China

Chang Jian, a Hong Kong-based economist at Barclays Plc who formerly worked for the World Bank, talks about China's economic outlook. An economic slowdown in China may extend into a seventh straight quarter after export growth collapsed in July and industrial production and lending missed economists’ forecasts.
