
32,3% increase of turnover in 2016- Empower of
its extroversion and provision of integrated digital services in Europe and
Asia for 2017
Significant results were recorded by CLOUDBIZ, the
leading marketing technology agency and member of the FF Group Group during
2016, considering that the company achieved an increase of 32.3% on its turnover,
strengthening as well its base of registered members, which today counts more
than 4 million members.
Counting 13 years of dynamic development and
presence in 10 countries, during 2016 the company proceeded with a strategic
cooperation with the Group FF Group, to further expand into new foreign
markets. Since January 2017, the company has a physical presence in London,
offering CRM / Loyalty and e-commerce services, while in the second half of
2017 the company intends to have a physical presence in Hong Kong.
Furthermore, in order to provide competitive
e-commerce services, the company earlier this year launched a strategic
partnership with the company Salesforce Commerce cloud, leading company in the
field of e-commerce and digital services for hundreds of brands of retail
worldwide, and the company Emarsys, leading automation software provider in the
field of marketing for retail and e-commerce.
In this context
and in order to strengthen its presence abroad, the owners of the company, Mr. Evangelos Karalis, CEO, and Ms. Fani Harbis, COO, decided to rename CLOUDBIZ into QIVOS. The new brand name QIVOS expresses the philosophy and values that govern the company in order to provide integrated and advanced marketing technology services that ensure the best customer experience for each brand at all points of contact through omni - channel solutions.
