OECD Secretary General Angel Gurria says he sees just a "little" improvement in the global economy in 2017. Gurria added that a U.K. vote to leave the EU would be a threat "mostly to the U.K.", amounting to a tax on incomes without providing a benefit. The U.S. economy is “sound” on job creation and Japan hasn’t seen recovery in wages, he also added. Gurria spoke to Bloomberg's Caroline Hyde at the OECD Forum in Paris.
