UniCredit SpA Chief Executive Officer Federico Ghizzoni has agreed to step down after almost six years at the helm of Italy’s biggest bank after his efforts to improve capital and revive profit lost the support of investors. Ghizzoni will depart once a successor has been named, the Milan-based bank said in a statement on Tuesday.
