After serving in the French CAA, Mr. Benjamin joined the European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC) and in 1989 was appointed as Chief Aviation Security branch within ICAO. He was the ECAC Executive Secretary from 1994 to 2007 serving the interests of 44 European States. From 2009 to 2015, he held the position of Secretary General of ICAO...

Joining the advisory Group of the JAA TO will allow me to contribute to an Organisation whose mission is to prepare the next generation of aviation professionals”
