BLOOMBERG: Philips Profit Rises Helped by Health-Care: Van Houten

Royal Philips NV, the Dutch company which is splitting off its lighting unit to focus on consumer health-care, reported earnings that beat analyst estimates on rising demand in North America, Eastern Europe and India. Chief Executive Officer Frans van Houten reviewed the results with Caroline Hyde on Bloomberg Television's "Countdown."
