Scientists May Have Found Dinosaur Blood Cells

 

Scientists have discovered what looks like soft tissue remnants in the fragments of 75-million-year old dinosaur fossils. If the tissue turns out to contain red blood cells, the breakthrough could open a new door on the physiology of dinosaurs. Photo: Imperial College London
