WSJ: OPEC Not Hitting the Panic Button on Oil Yet

 

The slide in oil price is continuing, but OPEC has signalled that it will have to sink to $70 a barrel before the group steps in. That means more pain for oil-producing countries–and continuing pressure on the commodity’s price.
