OPEC meeting: Shale oil adds difficulties

Ahead of the OPEC meeting, Jamie Webster, senior director of Global Oil Markets at IHS Energy says he thinks there won¿t be a cut, whilst shale oil poses extra challenges for the OPEC meeting.
