EURONEWS: Ukraine and pro-Russian rebels exchange prisoners of war

   

Ukrainian government forces and pro-Russian rebels have exchanged dozens of prisoners of war (PoW). The swap took place on a highway close to the separatist stronghold of Donetsk.
