EURONEWS: Russia denies Ukraine's claims to have reached permanent Donbass ceasefire deal

  

A spokesperson for Vladimir Putin has denied claims made on Wednesday morning by the office of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko that the two men had agreed a “permanent ceasefire” in Ukraine's eastern Donbass region.
