EURONEWS: Britain to vote on joining US-led airstrikes against ISIL

   

US led airstrikes have targeted oil refineries controlled by Islamic State militants in eastern Syria. The US military said they were prefabricated structures and constructed off-site so they can be transported and made operational quickly. They were capable of producing millions in revenue and have been providing fuel for the ISIL's operations.
