Aug. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Scotland and the U.K. would both be better off
with a shared pound in the event that Scotland votes for independence
next month, according to James Mirrlees, Nobel Prize-winning emeritus
professor of political economy at Cambridge University.
Mirrlees, a Scot who is a member of a panel advising Scotland's
nationalist government on the finances of independence, is speaking in
an interview from Lindau, Germany with Anna Edwards on Bloomberg
Television's "The Pulse." (Source: Bloomberg)
