Incoming European Banking Federation Head Wim Mijs talks about achieving "legal certainty" over the size of fines handed down to lenders for breaking rules. He speaks from Salzburg, Austria, with Jonathan Ferro on Bloomberg Television's "On the Move." Mijs is current director of the Dutch Banking Association and will head the Brussels-based EBF from next month.
