Ryanair, Europe’s favourite low fares airline, today (6 Feb) released its January traffic statistics as follows:
- Traffic grew to 4.6m customers (up 5%)
- Load factor unchanged at 71%.
- Annual traffic to Jan 2014 rose to 81.6m customers (up 3%).
Ryanair’s Robin Kiely said:
“Ryanair carried 4.6m customers in January, thanks to the
success of our lower fares, our easier to use website and customer
service improvements including allocated seats from last Saturday (1
Feb) and use of personal electronic devices from today. Further
improvements will be rolled out over the coming months as Ryanair
continues to lower prices and improve our industry leading customer
service.”
