WSJ: Belgian Prime Minister Confident on Debt Position

 

Belgian Prime Minister Elio Di Rupo is confident about the country’s debt position and tells the WSJ that he expects to exit the excessive deficit procedure agreed with the European Commission and achieve a balanced budget by 2015.
