CNBC: Does Spain Want to Compete?

Xavier Vives, professor of Economics and Finance at IESE Business School, told CNBC, "I think the restructuring will work but as you said it will take quite a bit of time, the advantage is that Spain already has a sector of very competitive large and medium sized firms which export a lot."
